We are excited to invite you to “Camp Out at Cochise.” We’re reviving a cherished tradition of spending quality time together in the great outdoors. It’s time to dust off those tents, pack up the sleeping bags, and join us for a night of fun.  We will meet on Friday, November 3rd at 5:30 pm and depart on Saturday morning after coffee and doughnuts.

Highlights:

Friday Night Cookout:  Kick off the weekend with a sizzling Friday night cookout! We’ll be grilling up hamburgers and hot dogs, providing a perfect start to our camp-out adventure.

Saturday Morning Delights:  Saturday morning’s breakfast will be doughnuts for the kids (and much-needed coffee for parents).

Fun:  We have a variety of games and activities planned to ensure that everyone has a fantastic time. From hide-n-seek, to storytelling around the fire, there will be fun for everyone.

Quality Time: This camp-out is a fantastic opportunity for Dads/Moms/Guardians and kids to create lasting memories together. Whether you’re teaching your kids how to set up a tent, roast marshmallows, or simply spend quality time under the starry night sky, this is a chance to spend some special time together.

What to Bring:

• Camping gear (tents, sleeping bags, etc.)
• Comfortable (and warm) clothing
• Campfire stories

RSVP: Please RSVP by 9am on Monday, October 31st, in order to make sure we have food and activities planned for everyone. (If you need more time – that’s fine too – let us know – we’d love to see you!)

Inclement Weather:  If the weather forecast is less than ideal (too cold or wet), then we will plan to cook-out and play outdoor games (no sleepover).  We will send an email out in advance of that decision.
