The clubhouse and grounds are closed from 10:00 pm until sunrise, unless otherwise specified in a rental agreement. Motor scooters, golf carts and other motorized vehicles operated by unlicensed, uninsured drivers are prohibited. The use of roller skates, skateboards, scooters and bicycles is limited to the driveway for safety reasons and to protect surfacing upgrades.

Guests invited and accompanied by a club member are welcome to use the facilities, but the same guest cannot be invited more than three times in any one month. This includes those families on the waiting list. The exception to the rule would be houseguests of members. Guest Fees, as described herein, will be tallied and assessed by the tennis and pool chairmen. Guest fees tallied for members 65 years or age or older will be waived.

As just a reminder to all members, the Club is a not-for-profit organization and is not allowed by law to have members rent the facilities for business related purposes, only social or civic events. Please reach out to the rental committee leader, rental@cochiseclub.com, with any questions.
