The Cochise Club is more than a neighborhood swim and tennis club, it’s a cornerstone of the Vinings community. For decades, families within our boundaries have gathered here to relax, play, celebrate, and build lasting friendships. Whether you’re raising a family, new to the neighborhood, or simply looking for a deeper sense of community, Cochise Club offers a place to belong. A Neighborhood Club for Vinings Residents Membership at Cochise Club is available exclusively to those who reside in a single-family home within the official Cochise/Vinings boundaries outlined in our by-laws. https://cochiseclub.com/vinings-boundaries-16/ This ensures the club remains authentically local, neighbor-focused, and community-driven — one of the reasons our atmosphere feels welcoming and familiar. Amenities for Every Interest and Every Season Swimming & Relaxation Our spacious pool area is a favorite summertime destination. With lifeguards, lounge space, shaded areas, and plenty of room for kids and adults alike, the pool becomes a daily gathering spot throughout the warmer months. Evening grilling and casual socials add to the relaxed neighborhood feel. Tennis and Pickleball for All Levels We offer well-maintained courts available year-round. Whether you play competitively or casually, our easy online reservation system makes it simple to get court time whenever you need it. Playgrounds & Open Field Space Families love our large playground and open field — perfect for outdoor fun, impromptu sports, or letting kids burn off energy in a safe, community environment. Event Spaces & Clubhouse Rentals Members may reserve our clubhouse or lower pavilion for gatherings of all types: birthday parties, family events, team celebrations, or casual get-togethers. With a kitchen, access to tables and chairs, WiFi, and indoor/outdoor space, it’s one of the neighborhood’s most convenient and affordable event venues. A Place to Connect, Celebrate, and Build Traditions Cochise Club hosts fun social events: • Seasonal celebrations and holiday events • Family-friendly traditions like Sweets with Santa • Summer parties and social gatherings • Our popular children’s swim team These events help neighbors meet, families connect, and newcomers feel right at home. Membership Requirements & Application Process Who Can Join? New members must: • Reside in a single-family home • Live within the Cochise/Vinings boundaries https://cochiseclub.com/vinings-boundaries-16/ If you meet these requirements, reach out to membership@cochiseclub.com to request a membership application. Application Requirements 1. Completed membership application 2. Proof of residency (accepted: utility bill, closing documents, or similar) 3. Two current Cochise Club member endorsements Once we receive all materials, your application will be reviewed promptly. We are currently not operating a waiting list. Applications that meet eligibility requirements move efficiently through the approval process. Membership Fees • Initiation Fee: $5,000 (one-time) • Annual Dues: $1,000, paid semi-annually at $500 every 6 months Upon approval, we will invoice you for the $5,000 initiation fee plus the first $500 dues payment.
