Clubhouse

The Clubhouse has:

• A catering kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher)
• Vacuum
• 100 chairs
• 14 sixty inch round tables
• 5 rectangular tables
• stereo speaker system with phone / laptop / device input
• high speed wifi
• 75 inch flat screen television

The Clubhouse does not have:

• Cooking utensils, plates, silverware, etc.
• Cleaning or dishwashing supplies
• Tablecloths

Please note:

• Chairs and tables must be returned to the closet
• The Clubhouse is supplied with some paper products (toilet paper, paper towels and garbage liners). However, it is the Reserving Member’s responsibility to bring additional paper products to ensure the existing supply does not run out during the event.

Rates

Sun-Thu:

• Member Event · Up to 50 attendees – $250
• Member Event · Up to 150 attendees – $350
• Member Sponsored Event · Up to 150 attendees – $1000

Fri-Sat:

• Member Event · Up to 150 attendees – $450
• Member Sponsored Event · Up to 150 attendees – $1000

Member Events are held for the direct benefit of a Cochise Member or family such as birthdays, anniversaries, family reunions.

Member Sponsored Events are sponsored by a Cochise Member for the benefit of non-members such as class dances and class reunions.

Pavilion

Just need a place to set your cake and presents? Members can reserve our covered lower pavilion for up to 4 hours.
